Physical Products (Merch) Refund Policy


Since all merchandise is printed on demand, returns and exchanges are only available if:


Your item arrives damaged or defective (please provide photos).


You received the wrong item.


"Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, with original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping."

Q1: Can I carry over unused flyers to the next month?

No. Unused flyers do not roll over to the following month.


Q2: What if I forget to submit my flyer requests?

It is the Client’s responsibility to submit flyer requests within the billing period. Unused requests do not accumulate and are forfeited if not used.


Q3: Can I get a refund if I cancel?

No. All sales are final, and refunds are not available due to the nature of digital design services.


Q4: How do I cancel my subscription?

Clients must send a 30-day written notice to candykreates@gmail.com with the subject line "Cancellation."



Q5: What happens if I cancel before my billing cycle ends?

You will retain access to your flyer services until the end of your current billing cycle.


Q6: What if I need more than my allotted flyers?

You can purchase additional flyer designs at the listed rates.


Q7: How long does it take to receive my flyers?

Turnaround times depend on your membership tier:


Starter Plan: 3-5 business days

Pro Plan: 2-4 business days

VIP Plan: 2-3 business days

Q8: Can I get a rush order?

Yes! A rush order fee of $25 per flyer applies for 24-hour turnaround.
